
Coffee pudding

A delicious recipe and very easy to prepare. You only need:
CatunambĂș gourmet natural ground coffee

4 eggs

100g of sugar

250ml cream
-
Caramel
These are the steps to follow:

Prepare 250 ml of CatunambĂș Gourmet Natural Ground Coffee and let it cool.

Put in a bowl 4 eggs and 100g of sugar, and mix well.

Add the coffee and 250 ml of cream, and mix again.

Next, put caramel in a silicone mold and add the mixture.

Bake the whole for 50 minutes in a bain-marie in the oven preheated to 180ÂșC.

Let it cool, unmold it and that's it!
