The estimated delivery time is between 24h and 72h in business days from the confirmation of the order, for peninsular deliveries.
The delivery time for orders destined for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla can vary up to 5 business days. For international orders, the delivery time is between 5 and 7 business days from the moment of order confirmation.
Please bear in mind that these terms are subject to variation, depending on the availability of the products in the warehouse and the delivery area. In addition, the Specialty Coffee and Origins Coffee product categories may have their delivery times extended, since roasting takes place on certain days of the week.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 30€.
For orders of lower amounts, the shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery area, being the standard amount of 4,84€.

If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the products you have received, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the order to proceed with its return.

In order to accept the return, the products must be in perfect condition, with its seal (unopened) and original packaging, and with accessories or gifts included if applicable. The refund will be made once the products are received, using the same payment method as when making the purchase.
