The delivery time for orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may vary up to 5 business days. For international orders, the delivery time is between 5 and 7 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.
The Specialty Coffee and Single Origins product categories are roasted on demand, thus ensuring maximum freshness. We usually roast on Fridays, so shipping times can vary between 5 and 15 days for these specific products.
Please keep in mind that these terms are subject to variation, depending on the availability of the products in stock and the delivery area.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 30€.
For orders of lower amounts, the shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery area, being the standard amount of 4,84€.

If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the products you have received, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the order to proceed with its return.

In order to accept the return, the products must be in perfect condition, with its seal (unopened) and original packaging, and with accessories or gifts included if applicable. The refund will be made once the products are received, using the same payment method as when making the purchase.
